Please submit payoff requests only when the closing date is firm to avoid excessive revisions. We process requests within two business days (max). Please note: if the current month's payment was received, the payoff is valid through the 9th of the following month. If not, and the payoff falls after the 10th of the month, a late fee will be included (payoff will be valid through the last day of the current month).
